A second opinion or a different perspective can make a difference. I offer neutral, objective insights on your case. From pre-suit through trial preparation, I have been on one side or the other of most of the challenges a trial lawyer will face. Apart from focus groups, some cases call for frank peer-to-peer assessment. Identifying and overcoming obstacles, exploiting your positives to the best advantage and learning something new about your case are the frequent outcomes of putting a second, experienced set of eyes on your file. When you announce ‘ready,’ that half day you spent vetting your case and testing your ideas could give you that extra insight and confidence that can make all the difference when your panel walks in the courtroom. 

My role in your case is completely confidential. I typically charge by the hour but am open to other arrangements.
